The candidates selected after an interview will be provided "Full Scholarship" Training (on Language, work ethics and culture of Japan ) for 10 months which will be held in FV Japan Center Nepal and will be placed in Japan according to their performance and their capabilities.

- Professional Japanese speaking skill (JLPT N5, N4 level) will be an advantage or he/she will require to join Japan Centre and learn Japanese
