Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online billing and ensure timely invoicing to customers.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers promptly.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Compile and send daily sales reports to management for review.
- Handle documentation efficiently to maintain organized records.
- Analyze spare parts requirements and prepare order sheets for timely procurement.
