The position holder will be responsible to provide effective and timely support to Field Office team in managing sponsorship communications processing enhancing quality and quantity at all levels.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• He/ She should ensure quantity and quality in the sponsorship communication documents received from field ensuring gender sensitivity in language
• He/ She should coordinate and facilitate production of the communication ensuring timeliness and quality
• He/ She should manage full transaction of flow of communication documents every month
• He/ She should operate Child Data to ensure quality documents are uploaded and delivered to Sponsors.
• He/ She should refresh any updates on Child Data operation system within the team
• He/ She should receive sponsor letters/gifts sent from Country Office and handle with full safety and continue further processes until the full cycle is completed
• He/ She should review and ensure the quality of the letters as per the sponsorship commitment.

• Should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar role
• Should have experience in sponsorship related function
• Candidates have I/NGO work experience preferred.

• Should have Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Education or relevant field.
