Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by driving product sales and expanding market reach within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure consistent sales growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase distribution and market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights to the management team.
• Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail outlets to boost brand recognition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and activations effectively.
• Analyze sales data to track performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff to enhance team efficiency and performance.
• Address and resolve customer queries or issues, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.

Education Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors in Management 
• 5+ years in the related field
