Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure store cleanliness, manage opening/closing, and maintain showroom organization.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs.
• Oversee indoor showroom operations, manage client orders, and assist with sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and handle basic bookkeeping.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new products and specials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualification: 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Willing to work across different store locations as needed.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the footwear industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Professional, well-presented, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a positive team player.
• Outgoing with a strong, positive attitude.
