Qualification Required : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• 1+ Years’ experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel environment.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant/outlet operations, service standards, and customer service principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and allergen information.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
