- Conduct new hire training for voice, non-voice, and blended processes
- Deliver process, product, and SOP training sessions
- Enhance communication, customer service, and soft skills
- Facilitate mock calls, role plays, and performance assessments
- Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with client standards
Education description
Bachelors running/ completed in any discipline
Other Specific Requirement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Good understanding of KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, QA, and SLA)
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools
