• Develop tailored training materials to meet the needs of various call center teams.
• Regularly revise training content to incorporate industry trends, product updates, and best practices.
• Manage the onboarding process for new call center agents, ensuring they fully understand company procedures, products, and tools.
• Organize training sessions and provide necessary resources for new hires.
• Monitor new agents during their first month to ensure smooth transitions and the application of learned skills.
• Evaluate agents' call quality and provide immediate feedback and guidance.
• Audit tickets and analyze agent interactions to maintain high service standards.
• Hold daily sessions with new agents for constructive feedback and performance coaching.
• Identify individual training needs and adapt programs to address those needs effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for existing agents as required.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance training efficiency.
• Track agent progress and maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and results.
• Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure all agents receive adequate support.
• Research and implement advanced tools and strategies to improve training quality and outcomes.
• Keep all training materials updated and easily accessible to agents.
• Prepare reports on training programs, evaluating their effectiveness for supervisors and managers.

Location: Jawalakhel, Lalitpur
Salary: 30k-35k
 

Experience: Min 1 year in the same field as a trainer
Academic Qualification: Bachelors in IT or related field
Employment Type: Full-time (9:30AM-5:30PM )
