Key Responsibilities:

• Creating Educational Objectives.
• To serve as the school's chief administrator in developing and implementing policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member.
• Conceptualize the broad goals of the school and plan accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented to carry out the total school program.
• Overseeing the school's day-to-day operations means handling disciplinary matters, managing a budget, and hiring teachers and other personnel.
• Host school assemblies, attend off-site meetings, and represent the school at conferences and local or regional events.
• Presenting reports, documents, other findings, and the success of your school to the management regularly.
• Ensure the school follows regulations set by local, state, and federal authorities and that the school program is compatible with the legal, financial, and organizational structure of the school system.
• Interaction with Students and Parents. 
• Every person who works for a school, from teachers to academic advisors to custodial workers will ultimately report to the school principal.
• Maintain good relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Uphold our educational policies and integrate the common core government guidelines into each class curriculum.
• Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals.
• Guide the school's network of student leaders and challenge those leaders to make the school a better place.
• Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrators.

Qualifications:

• Reliable and Experienced high school vice principal for a private boarding school of 35 years of service. 
• Confident and Leadership Qualities.
• Excellent decision-making and influential personality.

Education Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor
• Masters preferred
