job description
- Manage daily accounting records, ledgers, bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly P&L and cash-flow reports.
- Process monthly payroll and verify attendance, leave, overtime and deductions.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and manage TDS calculation and filing.
- Conduct stock verification and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Track annual business, license, registration and statutory renewals.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required schedules and documents.
- Maintain accurate financial, tax, payroll and compliance record
Job Specification
- Should have experience of Audit Firm for at least 1 to 2 years.
- Conduct stock verification and reconcile physical stock with records.
- Process monthly payroll
Education description
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field.
Other Specific Requirement
- Minimum 3 years’ audit-firm experience with hands-on accounting exposure.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, TDS, payroll, P&L, cash flow and taxation
