job description
- Undertaking the tasks of handling calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
- Handle requests and queries professionally
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Management of office equipment
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
Job Specification
- Must have at least 1 year experience in related field.
- Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Self-Motivated, Disciplined, Punctual.
- Profficiency in Microsoft office, Application and Advance excel skill.
- Knowledge about accounting systems.
- Proficient in email and phone communication.
- Sound knowledge about Vat, Tax, Exercise and custom duty.
- Supervisory and negotiation skills with the good convincing ability.
