       1.Operational Management:

  • Coordinate and supervise all operational activities within the branch, including package sorting, loading, and delivery scheduling.
  • Implement and maintain efficient workflows to optimize productivity and minimize delivery times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies.
  • Address any operational issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Report to the head office regarding the daily delivery operations and package movement.

 

       2. Personnel Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including delivery drivers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

 

       3. Customer Service:

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Monitor delivery performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

 

       4. Financial Management:

  • Monitor branch expenses and budget allocation, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Daily reporting of delivered amounts and cash/online deposits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize branch profitability.
  • Act as a business development officer in the local areas regarding national and international deliveries to increase the revenue.

Education description
  • Bachelor’s degree or running in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
