job description
- The candidates must be able to make good coordination with other staffs and must be aware of all kitchen terms and rules.
- Refer to list of needed ingredients on a day-to-day basis and check inventory.
- Acquire ingredients not available in storage prior to the start of the day.
- Inform kitchen staff of their schedules and delegate appropriate duties.
- Assist head chef in cooking dishes according to set recipes
Job Specification
- The candidates should be creative, have good background and experience in kitchen department.
- The candidates shouldhave impressive skills and knowledge about kitchen.
- The candidates should have 6 months involvement in any food and beverage outlet.
- Should be innovative and enthusiactic about the work.
Education description
- The candidates should have passed the SLC level or any above.
- BHM freshers will be given more priority.
