 Criteria:

• Qualification- Minimum 2^nd Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree. (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Information Technology/ Legal/ Chartered Accountancy/Relevant Field) from a recognized University

Required Experience:

• For Supervisor             : Minimum 4 years of working experience in Banking sector
• For Senior Assistant    : Minimum 2 years of working experience in Banking sector
• For Assistant               : Minimum 1 year of working experience in Banking sector

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Should be accustomed with the overall functions executed in the working unit applying for
• Should be well versed with all applicable NRB Directives, prevailing laws/policies related to the working unit
• Should be acquainted with credit/operations functions of a Commercial Bank
• Should possess capacity to supervise the assigned team

Specific criteria for Legal Department (Job Related):

• Qualification: B.L./LL.B and must have a license of Advocate
• Should be fully familiar with banking regulations/ NRB Directives and prevailing court procedure/practice
• Should be capable of drafting legal documents applicable to Bank and Court

Experience required

• For Supervisor (Legal)          : Minimum 4 years of working experience in Legal related field
• For Senior Assistant (Legal) : Minimum 2 years of working experience in Legal related field

Specific criteria for IT & SWIFT Department (Job Related):

• Qualification: Minimum 2^nd Division or CGPA greater than 2.25 in B.E. In Computer Science/Engineering or Bachelor in Information system or Bachelor in Computer Application/ Relevant Degree from a recognized University

Experience required

• For Supervisor (IT & SWIFT)          :     Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT related field
• For Senior Assistant (IT & SWIFT) :      Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT related field
• For Assistant (IT & SWIFT)             :      Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT related field
