We are looking for an Assistant Program Manager to assist the operations for Backstreet Academy Kathmandu along with our Program Manager
- You will be required to work closely with the program manager to achieve the objectives of the company and handle the daily operations and marketing. It will be an exciting job where you get to meet a lot of people (craftsmen, entrepreneurs, NGOs, facilitators, hotels, restaurants)
- This job is fulfilling as you will get to see the social impact you can make. A perfect blend of social impact and business success is something few organizations have as a model. We believe social impact and profits go hand in hand. We are not an NGO. We are a business, and we will be run like one but with the mission of alleviating poverty
- Fluent written and conversational English and Nepalese is a must.
- Ability to translate between the 2 languages fluently
- Outgoing, like to talk to people, able to speak and present well
- Technology savvy, able to use MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint Google Docs etc
- Have a laptop.

Preferred
- Have worked in the tourism industry before and have existing contacts with hotels, tour operators and other relevant organizations in the industry
- Have a business education in university
