job description
  • Achieve the financial target and performance set in the strategic plan of DLBBL.
  • Prepare and execute periodic and annual plans, budget and programmes for the growth and development of DLBBL.
  • Perform program and financial monitoring, reporting and meeting all the compliance requirements as per the prudential Acts, rules, regulations and directives of regulators.
  • Maintain functional relations with the regulators, other class (ka, kha and Ga) banks and financial institutions, federations and apex bodies.
  • Ensure effective and financial resource management and update of Management Information System (MIS).
  • The job is of contract type for 4 years.
Job Specification
  • Must have minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of monitoring, banking, financial or insurance sector out with 5 years be at a senior management level.
  • Must be Energetic and Dynamic Nepali citizen.
Education description
  • Master Degree holder in any discipline, preferably, in the management and economics.
