First Choice Foods Private Limited, a newly established  Nepalese Industry, specializes in the production of top-tier French fries and other frozen potato-related items and also cultivation of potatoes required as raw materials. Dedicated to sustainable farming practices, we emphasize environmentally responsible potato growth. As a diverse, privately held organization deeply rooted in agriculture and related industries, our operations span various facets of the agricultural journey, encompassing seed production, farming, plant sciences, food processing, commercial product development, and distribution. The Role:

As our COO, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and optimizing our manufacturing processes to meet the demands of our growing business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including production, supply chain management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency, scalability, and profitability across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations and drive business growth.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety throughout the manufacturing process.
• Optimize supply chain management practices to ensure timely delivery of materials and components while minimizing inventory levels and costs.
• Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Developing, coordinating and managing overall processes of the company.
• Driving the company's operating capabilities to achieve company goals.
• Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
• Participants to compile the budget.

Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field MBA or CA/ACCA preferred. Or Bachelor degree in Engineering or food technology with relevant experiences.

Minimum of 5 years for candidates having master degree/ CA/CFA and 7 years for candidates having Bachelor degree of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
