Role Overview:

Asterisk Digital is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service & Sales/Marketing Specialist in Kathmandu. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining impeccable phone etiquette. Your goal is to consistently provide exceptional service and an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and marketing efforts.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities: 

• Proven expertise in Customer Support and driving Customer Satisfaction.
• Mastery in Phone Etiquette, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and elevate Customer Experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Sales and marketing experience is an advantage, with a focus on customer-centric growth.
• Fluency in English and Nepali is essential.
• Prior experience in a similar customer service or sales role is preferred.

Job Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
Time: 7 am to 3 pm
