Role Overview
The IT Technical Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that supports the success of our products. This includes developing user guides, manuals, and online help systems, as well as collaborating with the technical team to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including user guides, manuals, and online help systems.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to gather and verify information for accuracy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with product specifications and company standards.
• Edit and revise content to maintain clarity and precision.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Technical Support and Information Technology.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Project Management and documentation planning.
• Ability to transform technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
