- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand design requirements, project goals, and target audience.
- Create visually compelling designs, including logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Use industry-standard design tools and software to create and edit digital assets.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and mediums.
- Conduct research on design trends, best practices, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from clients, project stakeholders, and usability testing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design technologies and techniques, and actively seek opportunities for professional growth.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Job Specification
- Proven experience as a designer, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work is required.
