Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve computer, server, and peripheral device hardware issues.

Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, testing, and upgrading hardware components.

Installation & Setup: Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of new hardware and devices.

Inventory Management: Track and manage hardware inventory, ensuring all devices and components are properly accounted for.

Technical Support: Provide on-site or remote support to users for hardware-related issues.

Repair & Replacement: Replace faulty components or facilitate repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
