Job Location: Matatirtha, Kathmandu

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our resort. The role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and high standards of hygiene in all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

• Knowledge of hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and reporting.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect the work of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to support seamless operations.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on housekeeping activities and performance.
   

Education Qualification and Experience

• Intermediate (+2 Completed)
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
