Position: Human Resource Officer
Time: Full time
Experience: minimum 3 years experience
Qualification: Master's Degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management or specialization with formal training on HRM
Responsibilities:
- Develop, adopt and manage all HR related process
- Responsible for consistent application of al HR and employee policy and guidelines
- Manage the hiring, recruiting and training and capacity building of staff
- Build career path for employee and create plans for employee recognition
- Strongly implement the organizational culture, values, and policies
- Set up new employee orientation, on boarding and ongoing training program.
Requirements:
- Should have excellent admin and documentation skills.
- Good communication skis and interpersonal skills.
