  • Exam Administration: Manage all aspects of IELTS exam administration, including test scheduling, registration, and candidate communication. Ensure compliance with IELTS test regulations and procedures.

  • Test Taker Support: Provide accurate and comprehensive information to prospective test takers regarding exam dates, fees, registration requirements, and test formats. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to the IELTS examination process.

  • Test Center Coordination: Coordinate with test center staff, examiners, and invigilators to ensure proper arrangements for exam venues, equipment, and materials. Ensure adherence to security protocols and test administration guidelines.

  • Registration and Documentation: Process test registrations, verify candidate documents, and maintain accurate records of test takers. Generate and distribute test admission tickets and related documents to candidates.

  • Test Preparation: Coordinate the distribution of test preparation materials, sample questions, and practice tests to candidates. Provide guidance on test format, scoring, and test day procedures.

  • Financial Management: Collect exam fees from test takers, process payments, and maintain financial records. Prepare and reconcile financial reports related to test administration and revenue.

  • Test Results Management: Oversee the secure handling, processing, and dispatch of IELTS test results. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in result reporting. Address candidate inquiries and requests regarding test scores.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards in test administration and delivery. Implement and adhere to IELTS quality control measures and guidelines. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Test Center Marketing: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the IELTS test and test center services. Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, and information sessions.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with IELTS stakeholders, including test takers, educational institutions, immigration agencies, and other organizations involved in English language testing. Collaborate with external partners and authorities as required.
