Key Responsibilities 

Proactive Lead Follow-Up

• Proactively reach out to merchant leads via phone and email, ensuring consistent communication.
• Maintain a structured follow-up process to track progress and gather key information.
• Monitor and follow up on merchants' orders, ensuring timely and efficient handling.

Vendor Communication

• Build strong relationships with vendors, clearly understanding their needs and requirements.
• Schedule and organize meetings for the Business Development team with potential clients, ensuring smooth coordination.

Identifying Potential Clients via Social Media

• Leverage social media platforms to identify and engage with prospective clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to explore new business opportunities.

Issue Resolution

• Promptly address and resolve issues raised by merchants, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution process.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and maintain high client satisfaction.

Order Creation

• Efficiently create manual orders for merchants in the designated software, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.1

Education Qualification: 
+2 passed and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
