Job Specification
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Complaints Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Client and Technician Follow-up: Follow up with technicians and clients over the phone to ensure timely resolution.
- AMC Client Follow-up: Ensure regular follow-up with AMC clients for updates and renewals.
- Report Creation: Generate detailed reports on service activities and customer feedback.
- Account Team Support: Assist the Account Team as needed, based on directives from the Sr. Account Manager.
- Client Record Management: Maintain and update client records accurately for easy access and reference.
Education description
Education Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer care role or related field.
