Responsibilities: 
∙Provide comprehensive desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and 
software issues, installing and configuring operating systems and applications, and maintaining 
hardware inventory. 
∙Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure optimal 
performance and security. 
∙Configure and maintain servers to ensure high availability and reliability of systems critical to 
business operations. 
∙Lead and mentor technical teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results. 
∙Foster a collaborative work environment by delegating tasks effectively and providing guidance 
to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 
∙Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices, particularly in Cisco, Junifer, 
Sophos, Fortinet networking technologies, and implement them where applicable. 
∙Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and develop solutions to enhance 
efficiency and productivity. 
∙Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate 
will be responsible for providing desktop support, network and system administration, and effective 
team management. A strong background in IT support, coupled with certifications such as CCNA and 
CCNP, is preferred. 

Qualifications: 
∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
∙2/3 years of experience in desktop support, network and system administration. 
∙Proven expertise in team management and leadership. 
∙Certifications such as CCNA and CCNP are preferred. 
∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
∙Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
∙Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. 
∙Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
