job description
- Preparation of Vouchers (Cash, Journal etc.)
- Entering Voucher in respective Company/Firm.
- Reconciliation of accounts, VAT ledger and preparing VAT summary for online submission.
- Calculating TDS and preparing bank voucher
- Co-coordinating with customers for receiving required TDS Receivables documents
- Preparation of documents for Audit and co-ordinate, Tax Clearance Letter, Full Tax Assessment, VAT Register.
- Verifying accounts at beginning of Fiscal Year.
Job Specification
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in accounting (preferably in Pharmaceuticals industries).
- Must have the knowledge of Accounting Software( such as Finpro ).
- Must be good on Claim settlement, distribution, dispatch and purchase.
Education description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management (BBS/BBA/BBM), Master degree is preferred
