Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems is an advantage
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle queries patiently
Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk is preferred (minimum 6 months)
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
Document and update all support interactions in the CRM/ticketing system
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Monitor system alerts and follow up with appropriate actions
Assist in onboarding and providing technical guidance to new users
Maintain clear communication with end-users throughout the issue-resolution process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and system performance
Perform basic configuration and routine maintenance tasks
Minimum: Intermediate (+2) completed
Preferred: Bachelor’s running or completed in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems or technologies
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
