Identify potential clients and assist in sales planning
Actively manage and track your own pipeline of qualified prospects
Coordinate with management to prioritize and pursue prospects
Maintain accurate sales records and prospect updates in the CRM system
Collaborate with the management team to forecast and allocate resources
Respond to customer inquiries related to Zegal and escalate as necessary
Educate customers on Zegal's features to enhance their usage experience
Proactively identify process improvements and suggest product changes
Keep CRM up-to-date with all engagement and support activities
Strong ability to genuinely empathize with customer concerns
Capable of troubleshooting, evaluating, and following up on customer issues
Account management experience, including nurturing long-term client relationships
Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales to SMEs and/or customer service
Intermediate (10+2) completed
Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
