job description
  • Deal with all the day to day operational activities of the organization.
  • Deal with all admission activities with students, parents, university, college or any other related person to the work.
  • Manage reception work, Counselor, IELTS faculty, digital marketing department, documentation for GTE, VISA Procedures.
  • Target must be achieved by which additional incentive and bonus will be given.
  • Responsible for increasing number of admission and IELTS Students.
  • Work with the senior to create and execute growth plans
  • Coordinate with and follow up with functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within specified plan of action.
  • Track project progress; identify, report and resolve issues and risks in order to launch initiatives on time and smoothly.


Job Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities and strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability of excelling in fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure.
  • Working knowledge in Excel & other MS Office package with good computer skills.
  • Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Must have good Marketing, sales and Management Skills with logical and creative mind and must be very enthusiastic person having good energy of doing something in this field.
  • Must have good memory power to remember every work, every student work, office staff activities.
  • Must create innovative ideas, new strategy to promote the business.
  • Fluent in English speaking and written English.
  • Ability to take agencies with universities and colleges in the country we deal with.
