Position: Product Design, Promotion and Market Development Expert
Time: Full time
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience
Qualification: Master's Degree in business management (MBA preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and define target market segments, market requirements, key business strategies and the competitive environment, Demand- supply gap, and price analysis)
- Design & Develop new products and refine the existing products if needed
- Roll out/launch and promote the product in market
- Develop market development and private/pubic sector engagement strategy
- Organize B2B Meetings with potential Value Chain actors for stronger market In kages and stakeholders mapping.
Requirements:
- The position is responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products.
- Respond initiatives by driving new products to meet dents' needs.
- Prior experience on product design and development along with market development.
