1. Front Desk Operations:

   • Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
   • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
   • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

2. Administrative Tasks:

   • Manage appointments and maintain a schedule.
   • Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
   • Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and packages.

3. Customer Service:

   • Address and resolve inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
   • Provide information about the company, its services, and location.

4. Office Coordination:

   • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
   • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
   • Coordinate with other departments for meeting room bookings or administrative support.

5. Technology Use:

   • Operate phone systems, computers, and office equipment.
   • Use scheduling, email, and other software tools effectively.

Job Location : Basundhara, Kathmandu

Education Qualification and Expericence

• +2 pass in Management or Bachelor in Management (Running)
