Customer Service
- Greet and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Respond effectively to queries about Harrington’s products, styles, sizes, and materials.
- Assist customers in finding items and recommend suitable options.
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Sales
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Negotiate prices and promotions as needed.
- Close sales and upsell or cross-sell related items.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Quality Check and Merchandise Management
- Perform quality check on all merchandises and ensure quality of the merchandises are as per the required standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Sort and rotate merchandise to keep inventory organized and fresh.
- Assist with in-store promotions and displays.
Other Duties
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- May be responsible for opening or closing the store, depending on the store's needs.
