- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target customers and achieve sales targets.
- Establish sales objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Identify and prioritize prospective corporate clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sale account management.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses to achieve profitability targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train the sales team on the features, benefits, and unique selling points of each product/service.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
Education description
- Experience in lead generation and sales operations
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ISP sector
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
