  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, adhering to brand guidelines and voice.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting to maintain audience engagement.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, designers, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Utilize social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting to track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

Job Specification


  • Proven experience (2 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content creation and optimization.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content and campaigns.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and experience in managing advertising campaigns across various platforms is a plus.
