Key Responsibilities:

• Document BOQ and drawings for awarded projects from MAW's clients.
• Attend site meetings (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) with the Client/Consultant, the Site In-charge, and other contractors as per the project requirements.
• Prepare and finalize minutes from site meetings with agreed deadlines, coordinating with the Site Engineer.
• Coordinate with the Client’s Site in charge for necessary preliminary support before project initiation.
• Develop work schedule and shop drawings with input from the Draftsman and Site Engineer.
• Secure approvals for shop drawings and materials from Client/Consultant before material requisition, ensuring timely submission to the procurement team.
• Prepare reports for new line items (BOQ/Rate Analysis) per approved shop drawings and obtain client/consultant approval.
• Set execution guidelines and conduct daily briefings for Site Engineers.
• Submit material requisitions and gather technical data in collaboration with the procurement team (approval and MAR submission required).
• Provide planning, monthly projection, and billing reports to the Executive Director.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and subcontractors for project execution, testing, and commissioning at the site.
• Verify materials post-installation with Consultant/Client's Site In-charge, Site Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare handover documents and as-built drawings for client/consultant in collaboration with Draftsman and Site Engineer.
• Share final billing with the client and submit the closing report to the Executive Director.

Education Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
• 10 years experience in the related field
