Key Responsibilities:

Tax Computation & Vetting: Assist in the accurate computation and vetting of advance tax, income tax, VAT returns, and other tax obligations.

Documentation & Records: Maintain thorough documentation and records of all tax filings and provisions.

Tax Compliance Reporting: Prepare MIS reports on tax compliance for various companies within the group.

Tax Planning & Optimization: Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization.

Audit & Assessment Coordination: Manage departmental assessment notices and post-clearance audits, and assist in responding to notices from tax authorities.

Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on changes in tax laws and regulations in Nepal, ensuring compliance.
