Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and company policies.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Record and update customer interactions and details in the system accurately.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department or supervisor.

Follow call quality standards, scripts, and company procedures.

Achieve daily and monthly targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior call center or customer service experience is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Nepali, with basic English proficiency.

Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.

Good typing speed with accurate data entry skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
