Serve as the first point of contact for all online and offline inquiries from students, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Respond to queries via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits.
Assist users with platform navigation, application tracking, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Maintain logs of inquiries and resolutions.
Gather customer feedback to help improve services.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communication, Business, or related field.
1-2 years experience in customer support or client servicing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems preferred
