- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer interactions and details in the system accurately.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department or supervisor.
- Follow call quality standards, scripts, and company procedures.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior call center or customer service experience is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Nepali, with basic English proficiency.
