The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing, guiding, and elevating the public image and reputation of the company. This role involves developing communication strategies, managing media relations, drafting press releases, and organizing PR events to ensure a positive and consistent corporate identity across all public-facing channels.
Employer Liaison: Act as the face of the agency for visiting foreign delegates, corporate clients, and partner organizations.
Business Development Support: Assist in building networks with potential hiring companies and preparing professional corporate profiles and pitches.
Hospitality: Coordinate travel, meetings, and itineraries for international clients visiting the agency.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Human Resources.
egulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with national labor laws, overseas employment protocols, and visa/embassy procedures.
Language Proficiency: Highly articulate in both English and the local language (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
Drafting Skills: Ability to write formal corporate proposals, official government letters, and press releases.
Digital Literacy: Proficient in using standard office software and managing corporate social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn).
