Job Overview:
As the Receptionist at Buddha Education Services Nepal, you will be the face of our office, welcoming clients, students, and visitors with a friendly, helpful demeanor. You’ll manage front-desk responsibilities, coordinate appointments, and assist in administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients as they enter the office.
2. Answer and direct phone calls, provide information to callers, and handle inquiries regarding our services.
3. Schedule appointments, maintain an updated calendar for the office, and assist in meeting coordination.
4. Keep records of visitor logs and manage mail and deliveries.
5. Support Social Media Marketing Team for content creation when needed.
6. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
