Job Description:
We’re hiring a smart, outgoing sales representative to promote ISAS Beauty Academy to salons, spas, and other beauty businesses (B2B). You’ll be responsible for field visits, building relationships, and introducing our services and training programs.
Role Overview : You will be visiting Girls hostel across Kathmandu, making tie-ups with them, inviting Girls from those hostel for a Master class at ISAS. Your performance in this example will be measured on number of hostel tie-ups you can make and number of students you can bring for a master class.
Requirements:
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license
- Confident, well-spoken, and persuasive
- Well-dressed and presentable
- Background in sales or field marketing preferred
- Must be proactive and self-driven
Remuneration:
- Basic monthly salary
- Fuel expenses covered
- Attractive incentive structure (performance-based)
