The Sales Staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales goals. This role requires working in two different areas on a rotational schedule, offering a dynamic retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products, offers, and policies

• Accurately handle transactions using the POS system

• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of stock

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate when needed

• Assist with inventory control and perform regular stock checks

• Participate in daily opening and closing of the store

• Adhere to safety, security, and store operational procedures

• Achieve or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language (Chinese/Japanese) is a plus

• Ability to operate POS and manage cash/credit transactions

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
