The Sales Staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales goals. This role requires working in two different areas on a rotational schedule, offering a dynamic retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products, offers, and policies
Accurately handle transactions using the POS system
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of stock
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate when needed
Assist with inventory control and perform regular stock checks
Participate in daily opening and closing of the store
Adhere to safety, security, and store operational procedures
Achieve or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets
Prepare and report sales activities to senior management

Minimum: +2 (Higher Secondary Level) completed
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language (Chinese/Japanese) is a plus
Ability to operate POS and manage cash/credit transactions
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
