Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Nepal. You will lead the talent acquisition lifecycle for our US-based staffing client, focusing on high-demand healthcare roles (Nurses, Allied Health, and Tech-Clinicians). You must have a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and the ability to work independently during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly navigate US-specific job boards and LinkedIn to identify clinical talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Stay updated with US healthcare hiring trends and compliance requirements
  • Operates during US Business Hours (Night shift in Nepal) to ensure real-time communication with candidates and the US-based client.
  • Conduct rigorous phone/video screenings to evaluate clinical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit for US facilities.
  • Verify candidate credentials, including state-specific nursing licenses, BLS/ACLS certifications, and understanding of US work authorizations (W2, 1099, C2C).

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment (or US staffing industry)
  • Familiarity with US healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of US time zones, geography, and federal/state employment laws (EEO, HIPAA)
