We are seeking a passionate Business Development Associate to join our team very soon.
The job of a business development associate involves solidifying relationships with existing clients and developing new clients. As a business development associate you will take part in activities and efforts to expand sales and new businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Maintain client relationships through regular contact and customer service.
•Make contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
•Assist in the writing of proposals.
•Assist in the development of marketing literature.
•Find solutions to client problems.
•Understand all of the company’s service offerings and clearly communicate them to clients and prospective clients.
•Assist with development of brochures and other marketing literature.
•Assist with website content.
•Resolve client complaints.
•Qualify new prospects.
•Assist with or conduct presentations for prospective clients.
•Keep prospective client database updated.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Must have excellent computer skills particularly with sales programs and customer maintenance databases.
•Must have strong customer service skills.
•Must have superior written and verbal English communication skills.
•Must be an active listener.
•Knowledge of and ability to leverage social media to market company products and services is essential.
Education and Experience
•Min. High School diploma.
•Experience in social media, content and marketing.
Work Environment
•Must be willing to work extended hours including evenings and weekends when necessary •
