  • Identify and assess potential business opportunities in international markets to expand the company's global presence and revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives to achieve international sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders, including international freight forwarders, logistics providers, e-commerce platforms, and multinational corporations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of international clients and align with company objectives.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements with international clients and partners to secure new business and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of international shipments, including customs clearance, documentation, and delivery.

Education description
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in international business development or sales roles within the logistics, courier, or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed for client meetings, business negotiations, and industry events.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to target international markets is a plus.
