Job Specification

• Good verbal communication skills
• Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• A Two- Wheeler with a valid license preferred.
• Willingness to travel from one place to another school inside Kathmandu valley.

Job Description

• Visit designated schools to provide dashboard training to respective school’s representatives.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools to the school representatives.
• Keep records of school’s representatives interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication by identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
