Job Title: Counselor – Beauty Training Academy

We are looking for Enthusiastic, presentable, and highly motivated female Counselor to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a flair for sales, we want you!

Location: New Baneshwor
Salary: As per Industry Standard + Incentives based on target achievement
Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Enrollment: Understand and explain the academy’s beauty courses to prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Actively sell our courses to prospective students, ensuring sales targets are met consistently. Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly targets and earn incentives based on your performance.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with potential students by addressing their needs and concerns, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the enrollment process.
• Office Etiquette: Maintain professional behavior, adhere to office etiquette, and uphold the academy’s values in all communications and interactions.
• Communication: Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity and transparency when explaining course details, fees, and benefits to students.
• Promotion & Marketing: Assist in promoting the academy’s courses through social media, word-of-mouth, and other promotional activities.
• Travel: Open to travel for promotional events, workshops, or recruitment activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
• Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Appearance: Smart, well-presented, and professional at all times.
• Beauty Skills: A background or experience in beauty-related skills will be a plus, but not mandatory.
• Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to meet targets and close deals.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends if necessary.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required for academy-related activities.
• Personality:  Enthusiastic, Go-Getter Attitude.
